This morning the 2nd WBWE Asia was presented in Yantai (China) with the participation of senior officials such as the governor of
Yantai, Zhang 张. The WBWE Asia has the endorsement of the Chinese government, who understands the importance of positioning Yantai as one of the greatest wine capitals worldwide.
Chinese delegates of the WBWE Asia’s emphasize the importance of this event in order to open up mentality of Chinese wineries towards global market, as well as to explore new technological and commercial concepts in an increasingly sought after product in China: wine.
This morning, representing the Chamber of Commerce of Yantai, Zhao Xinzhi declared their support to the WBWE Asia and congratulated the fair’s organizers for having chosen Yantai, the most important seaport for the wine market in China and one of the most strategic axes for the international wine industry.
Vicente Sánchez Migallón, CEO of the WBWE Asia, noted that the global wine market needs this fair due to its strategic importance for China and for the winegrowing countries from across the world that are hoping to open up new business opportunities in this country.
This morning, Mr. Gu, president of the partner group Tiancheng, confirmed that the WBWE Asia will also host the most important association of winery executives from China: “China national food industry association”.
